Predivna kamena villa okružena je prostranom okućnicom u mediteranskim stilu i uređena s puno pažnje. Apartman I proteže se kroz cijeli 1. kat, sadrži predivnu prostranu terasu, te nudi nesvakidašnji doživljaj odmora uz spektakularan panoramski pogled na more koji ostavlja bez daha. Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

More u podvelebitskom kanalu je iznimne čistoće i bistrine i sve vise privlači goste na ljetovanje bas zbog toga! This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...
