Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Autobus Haltestelle nach Wien befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

In diesem großen Haus (400m²) in einem ruhigen Bezirk in Wien (15 Minuten ins Zentrum) können Sie sich herrlich entspannen. In der Nähe gibt es viele gemütliche Restaurants und Heurigen. Am Grundstück können bis zu 5 Autos parken (+Garage), im Garten können Sie die Ruhe genießen. Das Haus ist in den 80er Jahren erbaut und bietet den charmanten Retro-Flair dieser Zeit.
