As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. Constituída por três casas independentes, dispõe ainda de um amplo jardim com piscina, uma pequena horta e pomar e um alpendre com churrasqueia (partilhados por todos hospedes). Casa das Taipas is a 2-bedroom house in the heart of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring.
