Enjoy a relaxing stay in a new, air-conditioned accommodation with a private spa and swimming pool, set in a peaceful natural environment at the gateway to the Périgord region — the perfect place for a true getaway and wellness break. The covered 2m x 2m spa, suitable for 4–5 people and overlooking the countryside, is heated all year round. Everything is ready upon your arrival: beds are made, and towels and bathrobes are provided. Eymet, Bordeaux, St Emilion, Bergerac, vineyards and castles.

Forget your worries in this spacious and peaceful 130 m² accommodation, renovated and equipped with all modern comforts. It is part of a large stone farmhouse surrounded by 9 hectares of fields. Here, you can unwind in a natural and tranquil setting, enjoy a private shaded garden, have a barbecue, or even stop by to say hello to the donkey and horse grazing in the surrounding meadows. Many activities are available near the cottage, including wine tastings, canoeing, quad biking, and much more.

Ancien chai des années 50, elle a été rénovée pour allier le charme authentique de la pierre au confort et au design moderne. Spa : la salle d'eau moderne intègre un espace doté d'un spa deux places, pour des instants de détente en toute intimité. Sauna : plongez dans une relaxation profonde grâce au sauna en bois.

With two ensuite double bedrooms, the property sleeps four and has a spacious open plan living / dining space and a well equipped kitchen. The swimming pool , sun terrace and shady pool cabana are just a few steps away.

Une piscine est à votre disposition (non attenante) - elle est partagée entre les locataires des 3 gites d'été. Nous priorisons les réservations du samedi au samedi. This charming, traditional stone house is both comfortable and ecological. I am happy to offer it to travellers who appreciate simplicity. The house has a high-quality stove, exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer thanks to the new air conditioning. There is the possibility of being picked up from the train station for a small extra fee.
