Uz kuću i apartman je bazen s unutarnjim stepenicama, teren za mini golf, sjenica s garniturom za sjedenje i biljarom, košarkaški teren, roštilj na otvorenome i parkiralište. Unutrašnjost apartmana se sastoji od dvije sobe, kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom, kupaonicom i hodnikom. Soba je opremljena s krevetima vrhunske kvalitete i udobnosti. Apartman je idealan za četiri osobe, a peta po potrebi može biti dijete koje bi spavalo na pomoćnom ležaju.

Wellness i fitness soba upotpunjuju našu želju da Vaš odmor učinimo opuštajućim i zabavnim. Ova nevjerojatna vila sa 450 m2 stambenog prostora prostire se na tri etaže, sastoji se od 5 spavaćih soba, terasa s pogledom na more i može primiti 10 osoba.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

House Terra is located in the small and quite place called Najevi near UNESCO cities Trogir, Split and Šibenik. If you are someone who likes to relax in nature and explore various beauties, then House Terra is perfect for you. It is surrounded by olive trees, it fills you with a feeling of peace and quiet. Local beaches are located 3.5 km from the house, and also National parks. The house is 20 km from the airport. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

It is located in a small fishing village of Vinišće, located 18 km from Trogir (center of the city of Trogir UNESCO's list of protected heritage). The sea is about 600 m or 10 minutes walk. This is a magical space where is united harmony, aesthetics and creativity. Very intimate space surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation in a pleasant atmosphere in every corner.

Few steps from the beach

Our simple, cozy, small 2 bedroom holiday house is 30 m from the beach, secluded & isolated , in a beautiful and quiet location, near the town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot). There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.

Beautiful beach, clear water and promenade make this a perfect place for a family vacation or a romantic getaway. From here you can easily explore some of the nearby sites such as city of Split, Trogir, Šibenik, Krka National park and indulge in the local culture and cuisine, or just spend your time relaxing on the beach.
