Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and wild gorges lies Picus Guest House overlooking lake Butoniga. Podmeja is a small authentic village where you can buy local olive oil, jam, wine, honey...The beautiful natural surroundings invite for strolls or hikes. This is also a peaceful base for exploring the peninsula. The house is cozy and furnished with many hand-made items. Special features for kids: hobbit house, zip line, rabbits. As your neighbors we will try to help you in any way we can.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Located in the village of Karnevali, the house is less than 10 minutes by car from closest town Žminj, and 30 minutes from the nearest beach. Uz bazen gosti imaju na raspolaganju tuš, 6 ležaljki, kvalitetni vrtni namještaj i dva roštilja(grill i plin) .
