The Forest House sits in front of a private Lake Sanksaare in between 120-year-old pine trees. The house can be heated by a wood burning stove with a beautiful glass door to enjoy the flames. The Sauna has juniper ceiling giving an amazing aroma. Washing is done in the old-school method with a bowl of warm water and mug to shower oneself. There is plenty of dry firewood on the premise all included in the booking price. The lights lead to a romantic outdoor toilet cabin 15m from the house.

In the middle of beautiful pine forests there is a tiny house, an old farmplace. It has all the amenities you need for a peaceful retreat – silence, solitude, beautiful nature, a warm fireplace, sauna and starry nights. You can enjoy real Estonian farmlife - bring water from the well, make food on a woodheated stove and heat the sauna. And most importantly – work and worries can’t reach you here! There is no internet and the limited electricity is powered by the sun. Come and enjoy peace!

Naudi lõõgastavat puhkust Värska Lahel, kust avaneb kaunis vaade Lämmijärvele! Värska Sanatooriumi rannas asuv parvsaun pakub mõnusat saunaelamust koos ööbimisvõimalusega kohe veekogu ääres. Ranna lähedal grilliplats, kus saab mugavalt einestada. Vaba aja sisustamiseks on võimalik mängida discgolfi ja võrkpalli, laste rõõmuks on mänguväljak. Rannas tegutseb kohvik, kust saab rentida SUP-laudu, vesijalgrattaid ja aerupaate. Läheduses võimalik laenutada jalgrattaid ja discgolfi kettaid.

Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Wooden Tent on the heritage of my ancestors I

On the heritage of our Baltic German ancestors we created a beautiful recreation space for nature lovers. On purpose the site is kept simple. Nevertheless it is equipped for all needs. It has a fully furnished outdoor kitchen including washing machine, a shower room and a modern compost separation toilet. The Tiny Houses or Wooden Tents are a unique and special merging between tent and house. They combine the feeling of freedom of a tent with the comfort of a house.

It is located in the heart of the forest, where the rolling hills and abundant wildlife surround you. Open the French glass sliding doors and let the outside in, as the spacious interior seamlessly merges with the natural beauty that surrounds you. Outside, a sprawling 120 square meter terrace awaits, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while soaking up the sunrise, sunbathing in the afternoon, or watching the stars twinkle in the night sky.

A cabin in the forest

The cabin was built with dedication and love, with a hermit hut concept in mind, in 2015 for spending time in the nature. It is best used by one person, but can accommodate two. Ideal for meditation, quiet time and good sleep. The space is just 6,5 sq meters and has an outdoor dry toilet next to it. It´ a great place to sleep comfortably in the middle of nature. A peaceful and healing atmosphere suited for solitary retreats.
