Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

Το Villa Alonia 2 βρίσκεται στην αρχή της Παλιάς Χώρας. Η δροσιά του χωριού δεν λείπει από το διαμέρισμα , γι αυτό τον λόγο έχουμε δημιουργήσει μεγάλες βεράντες ώστε να μπορείτε να απολαμβάνετε την θέα του μαγευτικού τοπίου άνετα και ευχάριστα. Πρόκειται για μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που απέχει 5min με τα πόδια από την Παλιά Χώρα. Κοντά σας θα βρείτε μινι-μάρκετ, παραδοσιακό φούρνο, καφετέριες παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, μπαρ, μπουτίκ ρούχων και σουβενίρ καθώς και στάση λεωφορείου και ταξί στα 100 μέτρα.

Quiet apartment near the sea

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the beautiful beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. There is a huge terrace immersed in greenery with a bbq at your disposal. Alta Marea

To Alta Marea βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Βαμβακιές Αλοννήσου, που απέχουν 20 περίπου λεπτά (με το αυτοκίνητο) από το Πατητήρι και 8 λεπτά από τη Στενή Βάλα, όπου μπορείτε να βρείτε σουπερμάρκετ και εστιατόρια. Σε απόσταση μικρότερη των 50μ. από την κατοικία υπάρχει ήσυχη παραλία, χωρίς κόσμο. Ωστόσο, αν κάποιος επιθυμεί κάτι πιο έντονο, σε απόσταση 1 χιλιομέτρου βρίσκεται η διάσημη παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου. Από τις δύο βεράντες του σπιτιού μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την θέα του στενού Περιστέρα.

Άνετη κατοικία με μαγευτική θέα

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.
