Όλα τα διαμερίσματα έχουν το δικό τους ιδιωτικό λουτρό με ντουζιέρα και παροχή άφθονου ζεστού νερού όλο το 24ωρο. A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

It has direct access to the sea and the main road, is located very close to the wonderful traditional settlement of Nikiti and provides private parking in a 1000 square meter garden, exclusively for guests.
