Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u modernom stilu i terasom je okrenut prema istoku što vam omogućuje prekrasan pogled na izlazak sunca. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem.
