Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Apartment was refurbished while preserving its Istrian heritage. Apartment features a balcony with a view over the islands and the nearby church tower. Rudy's Apartment Valdibora is a beautiful, light, spacious apartment in a building that is a real rarity in Rovinj. It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Orion apartment

The Orion apartment is a contemporary flat furnished in modern industrial style and is situated on the second floor of an old town house completely renovated. The property is located in a pedestrian zone at a 100 meters distance from the town main square. In the same street you can find restaurants , boutiques ,vine bars, stores. A free car parking place is included with the apartment reservation.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
