Large walk in shower, washer and dryer in unit, and high speed wifi complete the amenities to make sure you can work and play comfortably. Electric car charging station is a few blocks away. Popular local restaurants, dive bar and coffee nearby.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Blue Heron Tiny House

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! Romantic cabin; perfect, unique country escape. 1440sf open floor-plan w/king sized bed in the main area, 75” tv (WiFi, tv apps; no cable), electric fireplaces, kitchen (no dishwasher), full sized w/d, dining area, walk-in closet, one bath w/shower & tub. Adjoining room separated by curtains & furnishings, not walls/doors. Includes a twin daybed w/pop-up trundle that makes it a king. Sits on 20 fenced acres w/secure gated entry, fire pit & fishing pond that won’t disappoint!

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

The Backyard Treehouse

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.

The "Tiny Home"

A 270 sq ft home fully equipped in downtown Little Rock. Dogs are allowed but we charge a fee of $5 each. 8 minutes from the air port, a 3 minute walk from McArthur Park which includes a dog park, a 10 minute walk from SOMA's nightlife and restaurants, and a few blocks from the Governors Mansion.

SOMA Suite

The sweetest suite in downtown Little Rock. A cozy, little space that’s just a 1/2 mile walk to the South on Main (SOMA) entertainment and food district and a 7 minute drive to the airport. Nestled in the diverse, Pettaway neighborhood, there are plenty of incredible restaurants and shops nearby!
