Positioned high in the hills above Waipu Cove, we offer a tranquil and modern animal-friendly base in historic Waipu, close to the beaches and town. The perfect spot to explore sunny Northland. Equestrians, you can arrange to bring your horse, ride in our arena or on nearby stunning Uretiti beach. If you'd like to bring your friendly dog, we can accommodate your furry friends. Our location is very quiet: no traffic noise, just the occasional sound of surf and birds. Not just for horse lovers.

With two houses positioned on the one large section you can enjoy holidaying together yet have your space when needed. With magic views at both houses you'll love an early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a cold one seeing the day out.

Kapia Lodge is perched on the edge of the cliffs at Pouto, offering breathtaking views of Kaipara Harbour. Secluded and private, it's the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway. The beach, along with shops and cafes are a 7 minute drive away and bush walks are just up the road.
