Enjoy this modern peaceful space with its own deck, garden and pool views. Set on the sprawling lawns of a country section, while just a 5 min walk to the town centre. Enjoy the pool Nov-Mar and hot tub Apr-Oct. The Pool House is a 15m² double glazed, insulated, professionally converted shipping container by Podlife NZ. There is also a 2.5m² louvred area with outdoor couch and sun/privacy screen. The Pool House is next to our main house. Blinds are drawn at all times to ensure your privacy.

Our peaceful 1-bedroom guest suite has everything you need for your Dannevirke stay. We provide free continental breakfast. Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

Hidden Valley Homestay, more commonly known as "The Winery", was once a working vineyard/ winery, known as the Hidden Valley Vineyard. The winery building was built in 1999 out of strawbales. Current owners, and your hosts, Bridget and Jono Hartnell (who live onsite) have recently converted this characteristic building into a fully functional, modern and charming house.
