The Parsonage 1873 - No Fees!

Make your trip unforgettable! Step back into the Wild West, the early days of Hays City! One of the oldest homes still standing from the early days of Hays, built in 1873. This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Welcome! We’re located within walking distance of FHSU and downtown Hays! Our unique property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room & 2 kitchen home. We’re perfect for a group of friends or family wanting to share a space to save on costs, but still have space of their own. Our upstairs has a kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, bathroom & 2 bedrooms (queen & 2 twin beds). The basement has its own kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, bathroom (standing shower) & 1 bedroom (queen bed).

The Roost

1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.

Cozy Cabin

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Moscow Mule Landing

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

Branded 5 Bunkhouse Farm & Kennel, no cleaning fee

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! Come and enjoy our many animal friends, pick up a brush or help us feed! You may also be treated to our boarders exercising horses while here. We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time.

Cozy Farmhouse Cottage

Pure western Kansas ! Right off highway 24. Vintage reminders throughout this cozy farmhouse of a simpler time. A kitchen to please any cook! Feel those summer vibes on the front porch morning and evening. Farm fresh eggs provided in refrigerator! A touch of western lore, located midway between Denver and Kansas City and situated on the Solomon river valley. This house is stocked with amenities Grocery and local beef 2 blocks away. 3 TV’s, WIFI and Roku.

A Single House-1B1B

AQ house is a old small independent house and renovated in 2023. It located in Hays center, walking distance to FHSU, water park, strip mall, restaurants... And it is simple ，only one master bedroom in total, one living room and one kitchen. And the basement is storage room (the door to the basement is locked). So no need to share except with the person you are traveling with. Parking : one free driveway parking in the front yard (18' Lx9'W ).

The Casita

The Casita is a private apartment, brightly lit & with plenty of space for you to relax & reflect in. The host has gone the extra mile to add special touches at every turn to make your stay smooth and pleasant. Located near downtown Hays & FHSU, the Casita is a charming escape into your own private adventure - with all the comforts of home and the conveniences of a private suite. **NO CLEANING FEES!**

Our historic 1906 Cottage Garden guest house is located on I-70 half-way between Kansas City & Denver, Colorado in WaKeeney, KS. Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse.
