The Never Ending Story

Step on into our Never Ending Story on Madison Street in our quaint town of Ellis. We love our peaceful and cozy, family-friendly space. Originally built in the 1920’s, our newly renovated cottage boasts beautiful design with functionality. On the main floor you will find a king and queen size bedrooms, walk in shower, living space, and fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs has a twin bed w/a designated office space, a bunk bedroom, living room for hangin’ w/the family, laundry room, and full bath.

Make your trip unforgettable! Step back into the Wild West, the early days of Hays City! One of the oldest homes still standing from the early days of Hays, built in 1873. This two bedroom, two bath, has been renovated to reflect the rough and tumble, primitive days in Hays City. With modern amenities such as, but not limited to, heated floors, air conditioning, walk in showers, a large antique soaking tub, coffee, king and queen beds. Historic photos and books make for an interesting stay!

Cozy Cabin

Excellent small home right in the middle of downtown Hays. Only 2 blocks from FHSU, The Water Park, Restaurants, Bars, and Shops! Our place is great for FHSU parents traveling for Athletics, Alumni, Families and Travelers. Also enjoy Big Creek & an 18 hole disc golf course only a block away! The Space Small and charming 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin style house completely remodeled in 2016. Guest access Entire house. Other Notes Cabin has floor furnace and is not ideal for crawling toddlers.

Moscow Mule Landing

In the small town of Munjor. Just a few minutes from the Hays Airport and 6 miles from I70. Soak in the claw tub with a book (take one home) and a complimentary drink for those of age. If you're still thirsty, hit up The Well down the road! Or escape with a book in the cozy book nook. End the night under the stars beside the fire pit and land in the velvet covered Cali King bed. Start your morning winning in the gym and enjoying the sunrise on the front porch with a hot or iced coffee!

High Plains Hideout 3 bedrooms 2 Baths

Located in the high plains town of Wakeeney, this spacious house is perfect for large gatherings of families and freinds. It is 2 blocks from the community pool and 1 block from the park. It is a double corner lot with plenty of space outside. For the hunters, this home was picked by a hunter and provides quick access to the 1000's of acres of Walk In Hunting Areas full of whitetails, mule deer, pheasant, quail, praire chickens, cottontails and jack rabbits.

This stunning church converted into a house, has beautiful stained glass windows, cathedral ceilings, open concept design and original wood floors. The main floor has living room, kitchen, large dining table, breakfast nook, a reading room with electric fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The lower level is finished into family room with bar, two bedrooms, one and one half bathrooms, along with bunk beds located in the commons room.

Ellis Kansas Lakehouse

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on a 40 acre state stocked community fishing lake in Ellis, Kansas. There are 2 docks available for your use. A paddleboat and up to 8 kayaks are available for an additional fee of $20 each per day. There is also a 50-amp RV hookup available for an addition of $50 per day. There is a sewer dump here to. The space is limited to have slides out on one side only.

Stroll across the brick street to the adjacent park which surrounds the historic native limestone courthouse. Attractions include: The Smoky Valley Scenic Byway, The Christmas City of the High Plains, Shiloh Vineyard and Winery, Cedar Bluff Reservoir, and Castle Rock.
