This cosy cottage is a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads and take a stroll a long the wonderful North Norfolk Coast by foot, bike or car. Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Welcome to Our Peace of Norfolk!! We are on the beautiful coast of North Norfolk at a place called Bacton. Our chalet feels spacious with a high ceiling in the main living area. It’s modern but with a home away from home feel! The amazing beach is a 5 minute walk away. The site is privately owned so no noisy clubhouse. The site is very peaceful & relaxing just like our chalet. It’s a lovely space to just to UNWIND! Read a book with a glass of wine and chill.

The Maltings - sleeps 10

A newly converted Brick Barn with huge kitchen diner, games area and living room perfect for big group get togethers. One set of stairs leads to 3 bedrooms, one which is ensuite and a bathroom, the other leads to two bedrooms, one which is ensuite and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate utility room with toilet. The Maltings has its own fenced secure garden, with large patio area in ground trampoline, and is only a short walk to sandy Walcott beach.

Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese. On-site massage in a private secluded studio available on request.

The Shanty is located in the quiet coastal settlement of Ostend. The property is a newly refurbished 2 bedroom detached bungalow. Enjoy a wonderful coastal location, just a 10-minute walk from the long sandy beach and the village of Walcott, close to two pubs and the Coastal Path. This detached holiday bungalow offers a large dog friendly garden with a BBQ and views across the fields and cliffs.
