Our Evergreen Cottage is cozy and tastefully decorated. This is one of seven cottages on our property of River Rock Cottages. This cottage has a private 10'x16' deck with an outdoor table and seating for two. The cottage sleeps up to 4, including infants/children (1 King bed, 1 Full Sleeper Sofa). This is our smallest cottage at 325 sq ft. We're conveniently located 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park and 3.5 miles from RMNP.

This cozy cabin is located on a quiet street, yet it has easy access to downtown and Grand Lake. The private courtyard with covered porch is a great place to enjoy and outdoor barbeque or s'mores over the firepit. If you choose to stay inside, smart tvs are available in the living room and master bedroom. The wood-burning fireplace with blower creates a cozy atmosphere. In the winter, a sledding hill is right outside!
