A detached lodge on two floors which is ideal for a couple seeking a quiet break away. Downstairs has a comfortable lounge area with sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, kettle, cafetière, toaster, airfryer, fridge, electric oven and induction hob. There is a breakfast bar, a dining area and a shower room & wc. The spacious bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, smart TV, en-suite shower & wc, dressing area and ample storage space.

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Whilst staying with us, guests will be within 500 metres away from fishing lakes, price of fishing is not included but day/night tickets are available. Take a walk around our working farm, viewing our farm animals which include cows,sheep, pigs and chickens! There is also access to a washing machine and dryer if needed by guests.

Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy in a detached building within our large garden. Lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven.
