Our newly renovated condo has all that you need to unplug and relax, either for ski in and ski out, to enjoy summer at one of the many water holes or an adventurous mountain biking ride or the beautiful foliage during wedding season in Vermont. Perfectly situated, near restaurants, several walking distance like the renowned Chez Henri. Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

This custom-crafted, 1,900 SF, three bedroom condo in the heart of ski, bike, food and beer country accommodates up to 8 people with two master bedrooms, and a room with double bunk beds to sleep 4 kiddos. Adjacent to Zen Barn, and the Country Club of Vermont, 13 mins to Stowe, and about a mile to downtown Waterbury. Bike or run to downtown Waterbury via the Waterbury Community Path! Yoga downstairs at Center Studio.

This bright and open Mountainside condo is 30 feet from the Out to Lunch trail, where you can ski or bike right to the ski lifts and bike trails. Enjoy amenities such as the brand new balcony, relaxing gas fireplace, seasonal outdoor pool, washer/dryer, assigned locker for ski and snowboard storage, and a large smart TV. The host owns a second condo in the same complex and would be happy to accommodate large groups!

The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.
