Wake to shimmery sparkles on Bayou Grande at this adorable studio in the historic Navy Point neighborhood. Whether on holiday or in town for a work trip, you'll enjoy peace filled days of comfort. The 2nd floor studio, (called Baby Grande) is approximately 400 sq. feet. It is recently renovated and offers a full kitchen and spacious bath. The property owners live on site in the adjoining home so just "holler" if you need anything! Otherwise we'll give you privacy to enjoy your stay.

Distances: Downtown 5 mi, Pensacola Beach 14 mi, Perdido Beach 20 mi, Pensacola NAS front gate 1.5 mi, public boat launch 0.2 mi. This eco-friendly cottage hosts a peaceful Gulf Coast theme on a quiet street, just blocks away from all the action. Located on the edge of downtown, you're never too far away from all Pensacola has to offer, and a quick jaunt to Pensacola or Perdido Beach. This home offers Excellent access to Wahoos Stadium, Sanders Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Yacht Club, Pensacola Country Club, Joe Patti's, and Pensacola's Naval Air Station.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
