Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. FLY IN or DRIVE IN! This house is located with a 4,000 foot grass runway and aircraft tie-downs to secure your aircraft during your stay. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full bathrooms, and there is 2 bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom. There are many things to do around such as going to the Mattamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge or catch the ferry from Swan Quarter and take a trip to Ocracoke!

The Trestle House is named after the railroad trestles that serve as the beams in the ceilings of the first floor and basement. The stone fireplaces and original wooden floors all combine to give the house its beautiful, unique character. The wraparound deck gives magnificent views of the pond and yard, often with the wildlife that share the home with guests. There is plenty of room for everyone, with five bedrooms, each with their own bath.
