Also please no last minute requests - we need 24 hours notice for a reservation. We have three rooms available.Two rooms have queen beds and now we have one twin bedroom adjacent to the master guest bedroom. This room is ideal for kids, but also parent/child or two friends traveling together.

Sugar Loaf Hill second floor room

My space is the entire second floor which includes a large bedroom with queen size bed and tv. You have your own thermostat and window air conditioner in the summer. My house is approximately 10 minutes from the beach and within walking distance to several local restaurants and small shops. I'm about 1/2 mile from the bike path also. There is only one bathroom in the house on the first floor but I do try to work around everyone's needs as I know they are mostly here for vacation.
