Complete with a screened in patio, plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers and a safe fenced in backyard complete with swing set, trampoline, play house and loads of toys.

The basement is brand new with 9' ceilings, in floor heat, big windows, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, tv and sitting area. There is a fire pit area and some seating for it. Beausite is 15 away and sells firewood.

This 2 bedroom rustic cabin offers twin bunk beds in each room. The cabin does not have any running water or plumbing, but there is a shower and washroom facility just a short walk up the road. The cabin is equipped with a propane heater and has electricity. There is a small stove and a full size propane BBQ. The nightly charge includes up to 4 people.
