Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

It is modified from traditional Lanna rice barn,improved to have better light,higher ceiling and comfortable facilities, fusions bit of Japanese architecture culture. The interior decors mainly are antique furniture and some art pieces. Guests use the whole house, pool and garden. All in the few key words: wooden,earthy,grounding, space.
