Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). It is attached to our larger Grade 2 listed property and has its own front door, and private parking for 2 cars. There are two double beds and one single bed in the three bedrooms upstairs and also a private seating area outside accessed via patio doors.

Currently we do not have a TV in the room but have high speed broadband if you want to stream using your own devices.
