Das Apartment befindet sich im Untergeschoss und bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen Urlaub in den Bergen – in zentraler Lage, aber trotzdem ruhiger Umgebung. Zu Fuß oder mit dem ÖPNV können Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kulturelle Attraktionen schnell erreicht werden. Autos können kostenlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Das Wanderwege-Netz am Wank befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Das Bett ist 1,20m groß und Bad-Accessoires sind für Dich bereitgestellt.

Sie verfügt über eine moderne Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr großzügige private Terrasse mit 29 m². Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer wie auch im Winter genießen.

Casa Alegría - the green house

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

Natur- und Skiliebhaber kommen hier zu jeder Jahreszeit voll auf ihre Kosten!

Die Unterkunft Bergliebe ist gelegen in Leutasch, Weidach und hat einen Balkon mit Bergblick. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, einen Flachbild-TV, eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit einem Kühlschrank und einer Herdplatte sowie ein Badezimmer mit einer Dusche. Unsere Gäste profitieren von einem Privatparkplätzen vor Ort verfügbar und kostenlosem WLAN. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt.

This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in comfort...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the large comfortable bed.

It offers numerous outdoor activities all year round, such as hikes and bike tours in the alpine paradise of Gaistal along the Leutascherache or more challenging mountain peaks. You can set off on foot directly from the chalet and enjoy nature.

My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
