Adjoins miles of walking trails and forest, full of wildlife. Less than 5-minute drive to a 1.5 mile running trail along the Sandy River, with refreshing swimming.

New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Nestled in the woods on a quiet, private rd with no neighbors in sight, the treehouse is just 15 minutes to Sunday River Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Mt. Abram and 10 minutes to downtown Bethel. The treehouse is abutted by 626 acres of Bucks Ledge Community Forest (7 miles of hiking/snowshoeing trails accessible from the treehouse).

This rental has access to a private beach ( 200 ft) and is in a secluded cove on the lake. For travelers unfamiliar with Weld, Maine, Weld is nested in the heart of the western mountains of Maine. Hiking Tumbledown and Mt Blue are only the beginning of the recreational opportunities.
