Welcome to The Old Dairy! A beautifully converted barn, close to Charlecote Park, 3 miles from Shakespeare's Stratford and a short drive to the Cotswolds and the NEC Birmingham. On our family farm you will have your own space to relax and unwind with beautiful views and sunsets from your spacious patio and garden. You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Award winning artisan Farm Shop with café and bakery all onsite. Keys are collected using a keybox so this gives you flexibility on arrival and departure times.

Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are tucked away in our 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. We have one friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.

With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.

Paddock View

Not just somewhere to stay I hope to give you a 5* experience! Paddock View is an apartment newly built in 2025. There is a spiral staircase on the outside of the building to get to the apartment. A huge window and balcony presents amazing views of the paddocks and the countryside. Stylish and comfortable in the most peaceful of spaces. It’s east to forget the time. The most amazing sunsets can be seen with the right weather.

The Woolly Lodge

Welcome to The Woolly Lodge! Our cosy cabin is nestled in the Warwickshire countryside between Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon and the natural beauty of the Cotswolds, with our family run farm shop and plenty of walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. The Lodge is one of two private cabins situated on the south edge of our farm looking out onto open fields (and incredible evening sunsets!).

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

Tucked away on a secluded hamlet half-way between Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick, this recently converted 1890s barn offers spacious ground floor accommodation in a beautiful rural setting nestled in a bend of the River Avon. Your accommodation includes a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a large living area with double sofa bed.

Modern, light and clean accommodation located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A very comfortable super-king bed in its own bedroom, with plenty of space to spread out and unwind in the living room. A big, flat-screen TV for when you've done exploring or working, there's a dining table for two and space to work if you're here on business.
