Lyall Bay Studio

Ini adalah unit studio di bawah rumah kami dengan akses sendiri dari jalan. Tidak ada area luar ruangan. Tempat tidur queen yang nyaman, selimut listrik. Sofa bukanlah tempat tidur. Mesin cuci/pengering, dan perlengkapan bubuk cuci. Dapur memiliki piring panas, microwave, dan oven bangku kecil. Kulkas dan freezer. TV langit. Buka jubah untuk penyimpanan. Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.
