The “Forest Loft” is a one-of-a-kind space surrounded by the old-growth trees of Kinghurst Forest. Nov 1 to early May the cabin is partially OFF GRID- No running water/shower/indoor bathroom at this time. Water is provided with water dispenser//outhouse cleaned between guests. Sauna & roto spa tub available yr round. Pet friendly// 1 dog per booking with pet fee. Cabin heated by wood stove in the winter months and supplemented with a mini split heater. Firewood/kindling provided. Summer/fall 2025 there may be some construction noise during your stay due to development in the area.

JJ’s small town country retreat

Take a step back in time to this old farm house. Located on the corner of our little town called Badjeros. This house was built in the 1930s and it’s been in our family for over 80 years. Since then there has been numerous upgrades to the house as well as a large 1200 square foot open concept addition built onto the existing house. While out in the country, this house is central to many attractions in the area 1.5 hours south of Toronto/GTA. Blue Mountain/ Collingwood is 30 minutes north.

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Natural Mongolian Yurt on Biodynamic Farm and Spa

The yurt is located on our 200 acre biodynamic farm in beautiful West Grey. Guest are welcome to walk around the property and enjoy being in nature. A cozy insulated space available all year round. This accommodation is rustic with outhouse (composting toilets), an outdoor shower and wash basin. Farm experience is also available. Snowshoeing or skiing trails are nearby or on the farm. The Spa (hot tub and sauna) is only available for private bookings for an additional fee.
