Welcome to our geographical oddity in West Seattle – it’s only minutes to just about anywhere! Walk to restaurants and shopping; take a quick trip to the beaches at Alki or Lincoln Park. The stadiums and downtown are a 15 minute direct bus ride away, no transfers or parking issues. Guests have full access to their own modern, quiet, comfortable private guest suite on the lower level of our home, plus a fenced garden/patio area. We're very pet friendly; all well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome!

Bright and spacious daylight basement with its own deck with a view of Lake Washington, Cascade mountains and a peek of Mount Rainier. Convenient location with excellent access to public transport and a block from restaurants and cafes. Private entrance with keypad entry, large living room with flat screen TV with Roku, partial kitchen (there is no stove, oven or dishwasher), separate bedroom and bath. Guests with cars can have a space in the driveway. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.
