The Grove at Ryans Rest - Tiny House Farm Stay

Welcome to “The Grove at Ryans Rest”. Our second Tiny House Farm Stay is a space to RECONNECT with loved ones, the land and with nature as you are immersed in a regenerative agricultural system that is all connected as one living, breathing ecosystem. A place to RECHARGE and RETREAT, close your eyes, breathe in, smell the fresh air, sweet soil, lemon blossom and surrounding forests. To RE EXAMINE, RE AWAKEN and RESET a vital biological connection with the earth through our land and our food.

Relax, unwind and refresh your soul and mind in this unique and tranquil hills retreat surrounded by 5 acres of jarrah forest, granite outcrops and a winter creek. Kick back with a bottle of red in front of the pot belly fire, relax in the outdoor spa surrounded by native forest, or take a walk along some hills trails. For the mountain bikers there's a railway heritage trail (Kep Track) at the end of the street. The Swan Valley is a 20 min drive away, or maybe hit the local for a pub lunch.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Charming Rustic Hideaway Cabin

Rather unique Cabin with a huge deck in the heart of the Preston Valley with vineyards and artisan trails on our doorstep. 1.5 acres of forest, paddock, vines and olives emersed in the Preston National Park yet only 25 minutes from Donnybrook, Ballingup and Boyup Brook. (only a few minutes from the world famous Mumby Tavern). A perfect little hideaway to relax in nature, or a launching point to so many options to keep you busy during your stay. Our corner of paradise that we want to share.

Arthouse SIX

An amazing down-south getaway, close to town and designed for total relaxation. Local artists’ work is displayed throughout the home, creating a warm, boutique feel. Enjoy a beautiful deck with your own waterfall cold plunge pool and delightful 38’C soak spa. The home has a flexible bedroom setup: three bedrooms in total, including an upstairs master suite with private ensuite. Bookings for 1–4 guests operate as a two-bedroom stay; bookings for 5–6 guests include the master suite.

Peaceful Retreat with Breathtaking Views

Nestled amongst Sheoak, Jarrah and Marri trees, Guarinup View is a solar-passive, sustainable home designed to blend seamlessly with its surroundings. Perched on the hill, it offers breathtaking 180° views across Torndirrup National Park, the Porongorups and the wild Southern Ocean. Wake to watch the sunrise over the ocean, wander along nearby beaches and bush trails, or simply unwind under starry skies. Here, nature, comfort, and serenity come together for a truly restorative escape.

We invite you to visit our lovely chalets Marri and Jarrah with views to the water and forest. Outside includes table & chairs, BBQ, 2 sun lounges. Comfortable kingsize bed, doona and throws. Large bathroom - luxurious spa bath for two, walk in shower, separate WC & complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Bath linen and bed linen supplied. Complimentary tea, coffee, ground coffee for plunger/espresso machine, sugar & starter milk. Heating/cooling, gas log fire & air con.

Woodlands Retreat

Woodlands Retreat is your secret getaway nestled among the stunning Porongurup Ranges on 40 hectares of wilderness, offering jaw-dropping views that will leave you speechless. This romantic hideout has two roomy bedrooms, each with its own rainwater shower ensuite, a private indoor spa for relaxation, a gourmet kitchen, a warm and inviting lounge, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings together. Book for 3+ guests access both rooms during the stay.

The Cabin Margaret River

The Cabin is a beautiful artisan building using local timbers and rustic decor. It’s comfortably set amongst 75 acres of farmland and bush. It is the spot to relax and rejuvenate. The Cabin is completely off grid using solar energy and rainwater. Located close to Witchcliffe and 15 min from Margaret River town. The beautiful coastal beaches of Redgate, Contos, Hamelin Bay and Augusta are minutes away. Close to good food, wineries and beaches. Dog Friendly on request!

The River Barn+optional sauna-walk to town & river

Escape to a unique loft retreat. This newly built stay features a spacious loft bedroom; you can enjoy views of nearby native trees or lie in bed and stargaze through the roof window. Thoughtfully designed with a cozy daybed nook, full kitchen, and stylish bathroom. Located just a short walk to the Margaret River, nature trails, cafes and town its the perfect base for couples or a relaxing getaway. Optional infra red sauna experience available as an add-on.

Lights Cottage - Farm Stay

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

The Bushmans - A Romantic Forest Retreat

Nestled in a historic settlement surrounded by lush forests, The Bushmans is a charming miller’s cottage made for slow days together. Wake to birdsong and sunlight streaming through the trees, then wander hand in hand down to the lake for a refreshing morning swim. Spend your afternoons lazing on the verandah with a book or exploring forest trails before the softness of evening settles in. Escape to the woods to rest, reconnect and unwind.
