Stay in our sunny beautifully renovated 108 year old barn loft apartment. This space offers a perfect blend of history & modernity. The master bedroom features a comfy orthopaedic bed, while the spacious lounge features a sofa bed & heatpump. The Barnloft has a seperate bathroom and kitchenette . We have a tram, 2 cats, 1 dog & 3 hens. Wake up to the sound of birdsong. We are close to supermarket, parks and takeaways only 7 min of Tauranga CBD & handy to all express ways, 15 min to the Mount ❤️.

Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

Charming warm self contained guest-suite

We have a warm and inviting guest suite under our home with its own private access. Renovated with carpet, heat pump/aircon and insulation has made this space the best in our house! A large room has the queen bed and TV with the day bed, then the smaller front room has the kitchenette and bathroom facilities. We have very easy access to the major arterial routes. Open to pets by negotiation, please ask us first as we have other animals on the property and it may not be suitable.

Peaceful cabin in a rural setting.

This bright, airy and peaceful cabin is a converted section of a dutch barn set in a lovely little garden surrounded by willow trees. There are great walks from the doorstep; around the estuary, which is just over the road, and beyond via the Omokoroa Cycleway. Further up the driveway you'll find the paddock with our two alpacas and a bubbling brook running through it. The cabin includes a kitchen with small oven, single induction hob and microwave. Fast wifi is included.
