We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Guests have exclusive access to the patio and deck just outside the suite with the most spectacular views in the area. Enjoy meals on the patio while overlooking Dutch Creek and the surrounding mountain views. We've lived here for 47 years and remodeled the lower level in 2020 to allow us to share this special place with others!

This is a great little efficiency by the river that offers a great porch overlooking the Pigeon River. This is the perfect getaway for two, in the mountains of Western North Carolina, who want somewhere to stay that is affordable but with all the amenities. We are located approximately 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, 20 minutes to the quaint town of Waynesville and 3 miles from Springdale at Cold Mountain Golf course. Asheville is a 30 minute drive.

The cottage features a Fully updated Kitchen with a Refrigerator, Full size stove and a microwave for cooking for a weekend stay or a month long visit, which is open to the living room with daybed for extra guest and large private deck of the back overlooking the beautiful property of Yonahlossee Resort. The Bedroom has a King size bed adjacent to the spacious bathroom with a newly updated walk-in shower.
