Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, queen size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. Bathroom has full size shower, kitchen area a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill. Tea, coffee, water provided. BBQ on the front porch. Woodland trails, wildlife and privacy. No smoking or vaping in the cabin. Perfect for retreats or just being able to relax and breathe

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

An hour or less to Speculator/Old Forge/Piseco. Restaurants/Pub: Haskell's Inn (walking distance), Ohio Tavern(2 mi.) WiFi & Streaming. NO pets.

Near the Catskill region of Upstate NY. 7 minutes from the infamous Gilbertsville Farmhouse Goat Yoga, 5 minutes to Butternuts Park, 35 minutes from The Baseball Hall Of Frame, and a ton of nature in between. The outside area has a deck, a fire pit area, a hammock, great views, and an incredible sight of the Milky Way on a clear night. The stars here will blow you away.
