It is perfect for exploring 1066 country and with Hastings, Battle and Rye just a few miles away there is much to do and see! Dogs are very welcome. Small orchard with picnic table and bbq. Our blue plaque is proudly presented at the front of the building. Our Old Town is famous for its busy festive calendar which makes our apartment perfect as a base when attending Jack in the Green, Carnival or Bonfire night or as a relaxing base for visiting one of the many food, wine or musical events.

Our Barn is a large, rustic , comfy home situated in a semi -rural location 10 mins drive from the vibrant seaside town of Hastings in one direction and Rye in the other, close to main road. The perfect place to really relax and explore the breathtaking surroundings. With fascinating places to visit, stunning beaches, award winning restaurants and pubs, quirky shops and easy access to Brighton, Lewes and Kent.We have 4 Double Bedrooms (1 on ground floor) and 1 small kids room with bunk beds.

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Dog friendly. Close to many famous houses and gardens ,Sissinghurst Castle, Great Dixter, Chartwell, Batemans and Scotney Castle. The Spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive away. Wadhurst our nearest village has 2 small supermarkets, great butcher, deli, 2 pubs and takeaways.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.

Built in the 1860’s this little rustic one bedroom workers cottage is a place to relax and a base for exploring. Situated in 0re, nearby paths lead to the beautiful Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve with its coastal country walks, ancient woodlands and dramatic clifftop sea-views.
