We're 25 mins. to Newport, 15 mins. to their beaches, 10 mins. to Bristol's famous 4th of July celebration & close to Roger Williams University.

Cappy’s Cottage - West Branch

Enjoy the farmcoast in this historic quaint cottage. A spacious yard with a deck just a short walk from the Westport River. 1/2 mile from the winery that features live music all summer. 2 bedrooms. Home would be most comfortable with 4 people or less. No central AC. There are a couple of window units. This unit is can also be combined with the adjoining unit to rent the entire home—making it a three-bedroom setup, great for families or friends who want to stay together without feeling crowded.

Brithaven Farm

Brithaven Farm is on 28 acres of fields, woods meadows and gardens. We are just 2 miles from East Beach and the Allen's Pond Wildlife Sanctuary. We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.
