There's a workstation and high speed internet. The secure decked patio and garden are South facing. It's near the Greenway, shops, restaurants, cafes, bike rental and Westport House. This is an exceptional property. Florence's House is a period house that has been wonderfully restored to its former glory with original sash windows with shutters and ceiling coving. The entire south facing rear of the living /kitchen area is glass (a la Room to Improve) and looks out onto a very stunning stone clad rear yard. One of the former bedrooms upstairs has been turned into a large bathroom with separate shower unit. The attic has been converted to replace the 2nd bedroom.
