This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. The Old School, build in 1851, is situated in the Capability Brown landscaped valley, near Milton Abbey. Our lovely studio is a large peaceful room. Patio doors open to your own pretty cottage garden where there is outdoor seating for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Its a perfect retreat for two after a days adventures in the heart of the Jurassic coast. Close to beaches and a few mins walk from both the local pub serving food and train station, popular sites such as Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and Wareham quay are only a 5 min drive away! Self checkin.

Great Coombe - panoramic views & lake

Great Coombe sleeps 9 & enjoys glorious views over the surrounding Dorset countryside. Sit on the patio/balcony & watch the wildlife without leaving the cottage. It has a large sitting/dining room, fibre wi-fi, a downstairs bedroom & ensuite wet room (+ pull out bed/cot for 9th guest, available on request). Upstairs are 2 double & a twin bedroom. The shared Games room is next door to the cottage plus lake, wildlife, walks & close to beach & Jurassic coast. Dogs welcome (£30 payable on arrival)

Self-contained bedroom, a sitting room and shower room. Your suite of rooms is separate from the house with its own entrance. The windows overlook the village duck pond and spring and pretty waterfall. There is parking, for your car, at your door. We're in a Dorset village with Trafalgar history, centuries old church, busy pub. The coast is only a couple of miles away. We are on the Dorset Coastal Path and the SSSI Jurasic Coast. £7.50 for a full Dorset breakfast. Evening meal £7 to £12.

Situated at the heart of the historic county town of Dorchester it is in walking distance of restaurants, museums and traditional pubs with live music. It is conveniently located only one minute away from train and bus links which allow our guests to see the breath-taking and beautiful sites along the Jurassic Coast as well as offering direct trains to London, Bristol, Southampton and other major cities.

You’ll love the stylish decor of this charming place to stay. The accommodation comprises of bedroom and bathroom with a well fitted kitchen, dining and snug area. The downstairs is available for your sole use during your stay. The house has many features of the original village butchers shop and has been tastefully modernised. It is just over a mile outside of Dorchester and is surrounded by beautiful countryside with walks on the doorstep. The host lives in the house on the top floor.

Large double bedroom with tea/coffee making facility and private bathroom. We are close to public transport & also within easy reach to Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Jurassic Coast, Poole & Hamworthy Park, Upton House & Sandbanks. Poole town is 5 miles away. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers & business travellers. We do offer a breakfast of cereals, toast, marmalade/jam and croissants which is complimentary & can be eaten in our conservatory or under the veranda.

We have a large ground floor double room & en-suite available with King size bed in our modern home. There is a walk in wardrobe with fridge, smart tv and WIFI . A breakfast of cereal, yogurts, fruit, juices etc. Tea coffee making facilities. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. A five minute walk from the train station with links to Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester and Weymouth. A easy 15 minute walk to Wareham town with quay side pubs , cafés and restaurants.
