SUNNY CORNER ; a recently refurbished large house set in a desirable area of Weymouth, Dorset. A bright and modern house with a south facing garden which will sleep eight people & has a private driveway for three cars. The house is located in the desirable area of Lodmoor ; a fifteen minute walk on flat ground leading you to Weymouth Beach, The Esplanade & Local Attractions. It's also located on a bus route with various locations to visit and a pub within walking distance serving great food.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located accommodation. Coming with a friend but don’t want to share bed, bed settee available, request when booking. Nature reserve within a minute walk, off main road but short walking distance to beach, shops, pubs and local buses. Off road parking for 1 car, small outside seating area to enjoy your morning cuppa or evening drinks. Self contained with own front door. Stair lift on request, bathroom has low level access shower, handrails and seat.

Stone's Throw, Portland, on the Jurassic Coast

Stone's Throw is an open plan, modern house set in a residential development which was voted Supreme Winner of the Housing Design Awards. The development forms part of the 2012 Olympic legacy. Stone's Throw was home to the Trinidad and Bermuda Olympic sailing teams. The house is overlooking the green on Ben Ainslie Square and is a few minutes walk from Chesil Beach, Portland Castle, Marina, Sailing Academy, pubs and cafes. The Iconic Portland Bill lighthouse is a nearby visitor attraction.
