It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. This beautiful adirondack home is located within 1 mile from Whiteface Mountain ski center, around the corner form the Ausable River, within minutes from several Adirondack High Peaks & Olympic venues and 9 miles from Lake Placid. This is a cozy, traditional mountain home with modern amenities, a fully appointed kitchen & a breathtaking view of Whiteface Mountain from balcony. All linens & towels are provided as well. NO PETS. No smoking anywhere in or on property. 6 persons maximum.

A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.
