Fantastic location only 2 minutes to Brownwood Square with nightly music from 6-10pm, shopping and dining. So close to the pool and pickleball courts you can walk from the screen porch! Comfy sofa with recliners for napping and watching TV. Fully equipped kitchen, even a grill. I don't like to pay cleaning fees because I am a very considerate guest. I'm sure you are too........so I don't charge them! We have 2 Bicycles with Helmets. Golf cart can be available for additional fee.
