Find yourself immersed in tranquility with all the comforts of home. The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Whimsical Winter is here. Fire🔥pit is ready. Winter season at the lake is special. Chalet booked? Check out our Lakeside Cottage next door. Both have magnificent views of scenic wildlife & the Lake . Paddle through the wilds of our upper lake. Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 day or $50 entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The upstairs bedrooms have their own private full bathroom. There is ample parking in the driveway for 2 or 3 vehicles.
