410 Bluff Street is the upstairs of a comfortable home overlooking the Chewuch River located three blocks from downtown Winthrop. It is a private and quiet space with large windows providing generous views of the river habitat. With a deck overlooking the river below, this space offers the unique combination of intimacy with nature and the convenience of town living. The rate is based on double occupancy, with an extra charge per additional guest 12 and up. This apartment is on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs.

Lakeview Lodge is located above the office/store of Silverline Lakeside Resort on Pearrygin Lake. Formerly the Owner's Quarters, it is a spacious two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment, with full kitchen, dining, and laundry. Views of both Pearrygin Lake and Mt. Gardener can be found throughout the apartment. Equipped with two king beds and a set of twin bunks, Lakeview Lodge comfortably accommodates six people. There is parking for two vehicles, one covered space and one uncovered.

Enjoy Leavenworth by staying just outside the fray of the town. This studio apartment is 1.5 miles south of town on Icicle road. Relax on the couch with views of Wedge mountain. We live next door so this is a great space to rent if you are looking for quiet accommodations near town or recreation areas in the Icicle valley. Sorry, we don’t allow pets or any animals as the space has soft pine flooring damaged by paws.
