The site is set on a paddock behind the pub. There are coded modern bathrooms just for the guests, and a BBQ zone. Drop into the pub for evening meals and drinks! Breakfast basket is included for the first morning, and is £18 for a basket for 2 each additional morning. Optional extra: Prosecco on arrival £25

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

‘Little Barn’ at Spring Farm

Great Carlton is approximately a 15 min drive to the market town of Louth and within 20 mins of the coast. The area is rural with plenty of walks and cycle routes to enjoy. There is a local Co-op shop 2 miles away which is open until 10 pm. There is a village hall and a country church within Great Carlton but generally it is nice and quiet. The accommodation is set within a lovely cutting flower garden and above my flower workshop and I am very happy for you to enjoy the garden.

You’ll love this charming property, set within yards of The Viking Way in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. A picturesque and peaceful location, with immediate access to walking trails, yet only a short drive away from popular attractions including Cadwell Park, local market towns and the Lincolnshire Coast. Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.
