The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. Welcome to Our Peace of Norfolk!! We are on the beautiful coast of North Norfolk at a place called Bacton. Our chalet feels spacious with a high ceiling in the main living area. It’s modern but with a home away from home feel! The amazing beach is a 5 minute walk away. The site is privately owned so no noisy clubhouse. The site is very peaceful & relaxing just like our chalet. It’s a lovely space to just to UNWIND! Read a book with a glass of wine and chill.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

Sandy Toes annexe is attached to my home with all its own private facilities. It's fully gas centrally heated so very warm and cosy even in the chill of winter. Ideal for beach holidays just a few hundred yards from the beach. Dogs are welcome, access to a small pretty garden and walking distance to pubs, convenience store, fish & chip shop, Kebab & Chinese. On-site massage in a private secluded studio available on request.
