Spinney is a real treat -our hip barn is full of character with exposed beams and brickwork. We've designed an open plan layout to maximise the space, creating the ultimate couples retreat. With a private courtyard garden to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience with bifold doors that stretch the entire width of the space. Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

This comfortable, spacious Summer House, nestled in a lush garden and entirely separate to the main property, provides the perfect base for visiting Warwickshire's iconic attractions. We are just 6 miles from Stratford Upon Avon and the RSC, 3 miles from the Roman town of Alcester and the stunning Cotswolds are within easy reach. You have private use of the Summer House's furnished verandah and are welcome to sit and enjoy our extensive garden and use the BBQ. PLEASE NOTE there is NOT a kitchen

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.
