After being Super Hosts for over a decade...We're Back! Helene' made a mess of one of our mountains while barely touching the other. Fortunately the long range panoramic views Helene' opened were worth the effort it took to clear the downed trees from the miles of hiking trails. The untouched mountain provides an interesting before and after contrast to the power of Mother Nature, along with the amazing pace of her recovery. In many ways our woods are prettier than ever. "Life will find a Way!"

Our historic bungalow is in the quiet Five Points neighborhood, less than a mile from downtown Asheville and less than 1/2 mile to UNCA campus. There is a keypad private entry to this walk-out suite. Guests can access the yard and gardens, a covered porch with a swing bed, and an outdoor dining area. There is off-street parking. Walkers enjoy proximity to downtown, the Botanical Gardens, the Reed Creek Greenway, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. There is also sauna/cold plunge availability.

Come stay in beautiful Grove Park. Enjoy this tree lined, walkable neighborhood, only steps away from the Omni Grove Park Inn property yet 2.5 miles to downtown, 5 miles to the Biltmore Estate and 8 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Easily accessible by Lyft or Uber. My husband and I have lived here for 35 years so we've got you covered on where to eat, drink and sightsee. Relax on the private patio, unwind by the electric fireplace, prepare light meals in the kitchenette, and sleep soundly in a king bed. This main-level suite is the lower level of our home. Our family—including two young children—lives upstairs. If you’re sensitive to normal household noise, this may not be the best fit, but many guests find it private and perfect for a relaxing stay.

No extra cleaning fee! A beautiful clean, modern 2 bedrm apartment with private entrance & huge private covered deck (lower level of our mountain home built in 2016). With forest on all sides of the deck, it is like living in a treehouse in spring and summer, gorgeous colors in fall, mountain views late fall and winter. Only 4 miles/10 minutes from downtown Asheville (Pack Square)! Parking for 2 cars max and 4 guest max. Uber and various food delivery companies service the area! No pets :(

Our whole house water filter system provides glorious chlorine free water for drinking & showering. It's a 20 min walk to town, find hikes right out our door.

Conveniently located in North Asheville, it’s less than ten minutes from downtown, within walking distance to UNCA and central to many breweries and restaurants. Come relax and enjoy the views from the private screened in porch, private guest garden with sun deck, or from inside the apt. The choice is yours. At the end of the day, have a restful evening in the comfy king size bed. Mornings are easy with coffee, tea, cereal, or oatmeal. Internet password is on the fridge and you can log onto your favorite streaming accounts. We thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest. No smoking anywhere on the property.
