Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Enjoy snowy mountain views in front of the fire. This beautiful space is self contained with bathroom and kitchen and has its own garden for you to enjoy. Sit and enjoy the view and the peace and quiet, and the many birds we have in our small village inc tui, bellbirds and kereru. This is a great place to explore Fiordland, Doubtful Sound and Milford Sound from. Our space is not suitable for children, sorry. Wifi coming. Relax and unwind in your own private guest suite and enjoy the rural views. With its own entrance and lock box you can arrive when it suits. The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

Riviera Shack

Great little spot. 200m from the North beach & River. 5min walk to central Riverton - supermarkets & cafes. You maybe able to bring your dog - please check with me first. Dogs need to be kept on a lead around our yard at all times (because of our animals). And they also need to be able to stay off the furniture. The Shack (and yard) are not child safe, please let me know if you have a young child with you. We are also on the Te Araroa Trail, so great for backpackers.

Within walking distance of Aparima Restaurant & Bar. While pet friendly the garden is not fenced off.
