This is a perfect Falmouth Road Race rental as you can watch the runners from the porch. Woods Hole Village is about a mile away on the bike path. You can also walk to the ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard. Or, just relax on the screened porch and listen to the birds.

Property is very close to beach at lovely, freshwater Jenkins Pond. This nicely furnished rental has a fabulous lower level family/TV room with add'l sleeping area and a full bath. Outdoors there is a large yard with a large deck and outside shower during the summer season. Minimum 2-night stay, rates may vary depending on season, weekly and monthly rate available.

There is a nice outdoor space with a table and chairs and a grill to cook on as well. There is also central air throughout the entire house.
